Thank you for taking the time to visit our site, all telephones seen on the site has been carefully selected to be the best examples we can find. Our intention is to present them in the best possible condition both technically and cosmetically. Each telephone is stripped down completely, once in our workshop our fully trained staff, analyze all the components to make sure they are in excellent working order, if not they are replaced by original parts unless otherwise stated. All the external parts are now professionally polished to a high standard; the telephone is now rebuilt to its original specifications.

Our guarantee
All our telephones carry a one year parts and labour guarantee, this does not cover the cost of postage. Once delivered in good condition we cannot be held responsible for accidental damage there after.
Postage and packaging
We charge a standard rate of £15.00 per item, although we will recalculate this sum on more than one item being ordered. This rate only applies to the United Kingdom, we will of course calculate postage outside the U.K. upon request.
Under normal circumstances all orders will be processed and the item despatched within one working week of receiving payment.
Photography
All pictures of telephones for sale on this site are of the exact telephone for sale and have not been enhanced in any way, what you see is what you get!
We do pride ourselves in the way we present our telephones and therefore our photographs are of the highest professional standard.
Payment
We accept PayPal, postal orders and personal cheques which do need to clear the banking system prior to despatch.
Dial labels
We are able to supply and fit reproduction labels, these are of a high standard and can show your area and telephone number or we can supply them blank. If you are interested in this service we are able to provide details of cost upon application.
Repairs
We can take your eBay telephone, evaluate the work required to enable it to function well on the present day telephone network. All dial telephones will be calibrated in order to function correctly on BT and cable networks.
