This wall mounted telephone dates from the 1950’s, it has a unique shape and was known to have been used on ships. Part of the reason for the shape was to enhance the clarity of the bells although some were fitted with buzzers. This particular model has bells fitted with a 500 ohm ringer, we have fitted a 3k resister which enables other phones in the same circuit to operate normally. The original handset cord is in remarkable condition as is the rest of the phone, it has been restored to a high standard showing no scratches or cracks. This phone is a must for someone who wants an unusual rare antique, it can only appreciate in value as it gets older.
Postage and packaging is our standard £15.00 to addresses in the U.K.
